03Why does Serp Ex use zip files?Hundreds of HTML pages can be compressed into many ZIP files.
We use ZIP files so you can recieve your SERPs faster. -
04What if I require more SERPs than what’s available in your
packages?No problem. You can always contact our support team with any special requests and we will happy to process them for you. -
05Do you only provide real-time SERPs?Yes, we process real-time data when we receive a request from you. We store your data for 4 hours, then it’s permanently deleted, and all downloaded data is strictly your property.

06If I still have SERPs on my balance, and the month is over, can I
transfer the remaining requests over to the next month?No, requests are valid one month from the date of purchase and do not carry over, but you can always contact our support team for inquiries about your balance. -
07I’ve already registered and waited, but the confirmation email
still hasn’t come. What should I do?Please check your spam folder and see if it’s there. If you still don’t see it, please contact our support team. -
08Do you provide any processed form of SERPs?No, we only provide HTML pages and we don’t change their structure.
